Yoga/Mediation
With all the uncertainty, IÂ have found it super helpful to incorporate yoga and meditation into my life. In such a crazy world, being present is the ultimate challenge and I found these practices help to keep me grounded and grateful.


Exercise
Exercising regularly has been a big contributor to keeping me sane the past few months. Biking, running, or even just going for a walk helps to clear my mind.

I have always loved all things-spicy. I started making home-made hot sauces with some of the hottest peppers in the world!


Reading
It sounds crazy to say, but the first book I ever completed from front to back was during the Quarantine (shout out Paul Cohelo's The Alchemist). Reach out with any book recommendations!
